Your date is not considered reserved until your required payment/deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed by SWS Custom.

After booking, we'll contact you for your event details and the information needed to create your custom video overlay.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

• Packages are based on consecutive event hours.
• Setup and breakdown are included and do not count against your booked booth time.
• Adequate space and access to electricity must be available at the venue.
• Outdoor events are subject to appropriate weather and setup conditions.
• Additional travel fees may apply to events outside the standard SWS Custom service area.
• Final event details must be provided before your event date.
• Booking policies, cancellations and rescheduling terms apply.
